Can this skin care routine be effective?
i have been having skin problems and i really haven't taken care of my skin so i decided to buy some products. First let me tell you what problems I have. I have hyper pigmentation, acne, and my skin is oily. So i want to lighten some darker spots and clear up my acne. my current regimen is olay facial cleanser wipes, neutrogena acne toner, and neutrogena tone correcting serum and sometimes fade cream. and a couple times a week i use an apricot scrub. and one a week i do a queen helene mint julep mask. I really dont want to buy a 3 step system. So could someone tell me if these products will help my skin or is it too much. Thanks
