   Hello. I understand what you are going through. Skin care is a big thing these days and its really pleasing to know that you are taking steps to look good. Dry air from cold conditions do effect skin somewhat, just like all environment exposure does. The products you said you are currently using are good, I use some of them myself with great results. But if your skin is sensitive and dry try to limit using the st Ives scrub, its good but it can sometimes cause too much peeling and dryness. Once a day (at night time before you go to bed) is ideal, or do it even less if you get irritation. Natural products are really good as well, and are prefereable over chemically produced ones. But in a case like yours, you might benefit more from something more specifically designed for your skin type. Cetaphil is a good brand of moustourisers and are very soft and light cleaners which help give your face moisture. There moustourizers are strong and stay on virtually all day, except of course when you wash your face (which should be twice a day). Remember to moustourize after every wash! Make sure you put some one the joint and tight areas of your face; around your nose and just above it, on your forehead, and on the sides where your jaw is. Thursday plantation is another good range of NATURAL products. They contain tea oil which controls bacteria and oil without removing too much moist from your skin. It is also good for cases of irritation and dryness like yours, and it is developed highly on organic ingredients. Using too many different products can also sometimes cause excessive dryness. Try using just one good wash in the morning (the cetaphil would be good) and then moustourize your face. At night before you go to bed, you can use another one like the thursday plantation to remove all built up bacteria. And once in a while you can use the scrub for deep cleaning. Just keep it up In terms of diet, a lot of foods are really good for your skin – both physically and internally! It is well known that things like egg whites, honey and tomatoe can be applied on your face to help it heal and glow! Green tea is good for acne, but generally eat anything else that is green – grapes, cucumbers, capsicum etc are also good. Carrots, peanuts and fish are one of the best things you can also eat to help your skin. Eat these consistently. Finally, if you really want to go really deep into skin care and if you ever get a severe case of skin conditions, you should use a product range called Dead Sea beauty minerals. These products are 10X more expensive than any other one you will find in a pharmacy, but they actually do work wonders for cleaning your skin and making it shine to the fullest. They can even relax your skin to heal bruises, wounds or headaches. They are expensive, but completely worth it if you really want to care for your skin. They are natural as well; their ingredients are based on actual mud and salt collected from the Dead Sea in Israel – very beneficial!Hope this helps, Good luck

   Revelations, I recommend what I use; Preve extreme anti aging by Isabella Pelle. It's made specifically for fine lines/wrinkles. It has the highest concentration of "peptides" active ingredients to fight them. Also has the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. This has kept my skin baby smooth.Last month they came out with a more concentrated version of Preve called Cura. It's everything Preve except they concentrated it to extreme. I got it 2 weeks ago; it's excellent. What you need to do is decide which one is best for you. I recommend both. In terms of "organic" not quite sure what you mean by that. If you are referring to something that occurs naturally and not synthesized in a lab, hyaluronic acid does occur naturally in the body. It does not get any more organic than that. My view is that I go with what works for me. I've been using Preve for the past 3 yrs and not looking back. So hope this helps you.
