Undecided Question

i really want to get my beauty marks removed. im 13 years old and please don't tell me anything about how im too young to worry about them, if you were me you would know how i feel. i know about laser removal and cutting them out. i recently went to a doctor he said they would leave marks but my grandpa's sister said she got them done and there is no marks left on her skin. i wanted to get them done there but i found out about her removal on almost the last day i was there and i had no time to get mine removed. the doctor i went to was more of a skin doctor than someone who knows about beauty. have you ever gotten your removed? are there any other ways you know about? please give me any info you know and feel free to ask me to edit my question so you can answer more accurately.
