   If you are that uncomfortable, you should do it. Make sure you check out the plastic surgeon really well first. Check your states Department of Medicine/Health Professions and check out his/her background. Make a list of questions for the doctor and if he/she makes you feel like they don't want to answer them or like they don't have the time then look for another doctor………….a good doctor wants their patient to ask questions. Every surgery has it's risks….do your research and find out what they are. Lot's of people have this surgery and do really well. Just do your homework !! Source(s): I am an x-ray tech / mammographer

   Get a great surgeon and they can look great. Depending on how big your breast size is and how much bigger you go they may very well look real. Watch Dr. 90210, that guy Dr. Ray knows what he is doing.

   Just make sure your going to absolutely like implants in your body then,- get it… if you have insecurities, boob implants might give you another insecurity because it's fake and it's stuck on you! I had a friend that went through this and end up taking it out!! Be very careful what you wish for! Best wishes!!

   A good cosmetic surgeon can correct uneven breasts. And no, it isn't trashy. Being judgmental is.

   Boob jobs are tricky because they don't last forever. You have to get them replaced after a while and there can be complications. In your situation it sucks to have a small boob, then a big boob. The proportion is off. Even though there are complications, people are usually still very happy when they get a boob job to even out their breasts. Just don't go too big.

   firstly, they WILL look fake, that is a promise!secondly, don't ever think that fake breasts will make u feel better, cuz u will just attract the wrong attention and wish u never got them.thirdly, girls with fake breasts are TRASH!!

   It depends who you get it done by how it'll turn out but if you really feel that uncomfortable in your own skin and feel having this alteration would help definately do it. Don't let other people guide your choices. Though it's really good to consider complications and what could happen don't let your fears stop you. It's most likely that nothing bad will happen. Just really think it through as to what will make you happy
