Biore has some strips that are designed mainly for blackheads on noses, they can work for chins or foreheads but are mainly for blackheads on noses. You're supposed to wet your nose (problem area) and place the biore strip over top for a while.. once the strip has dried and hardened you peel it off as well as many blackheads, which are visible on the strip.
