   im not big on make up….but with hair try to match the next color with someting that would look good on your skin color….yet not too artificial(fake) try to keep it kinda natural….a brown….or dirty blonde would look great with black hair….stores…i persoally love forever 21! They have tons of veriety! while other stores like charlotte russe are usually focused on one type of style/trend…but cheaper…i would recoment the swap meet….you cant get a good offer in malls theese days…..    Okay so it'd be nice if you told us your skin tone but I'm gonna ASSUME You're black because you said you had naturally black hair… And there's a black girl in your avatar.So, for hair, I think you should go with with a copper. I was gonna say reddish but then remembered, if you are in fact black, that… that would just be a no-no. :XPastels always look the best on dark skin girls: like light blues, purples. Also it depends on your eye color which I'll assume is brown. Brighter colors look good because it kind of 'pops' on you. For make-up brands, well, Sephora has some really good ones. Not the cheapest if you don't like spending too much on Make-up but for me, I have way better results with some Sephora brands than make-up sold at pharmacies, though the L'oreal HIP Pigments aren't too bad.Anyway, for clothes, that's pretty much it. You'll find at thrift shops there are a lot of clothes there for really, super duper cheap. And you can always alter clothes you find there to make it fit your style and personality even more, i.e, cutting them up.Hope this helped.
