oktake general beauty tips+some beauty sleepdrink plenty of water all dayclean your face twice (if needed you can increase but don't use harsh soap)use special face washyogurt masks give good resultsdrink lemon juice(few drops of lemon in water) every morningput mask before you sleep weeklyclean your face before you sleep and apply night cream(it really effects)change the pillows after all few days!keep your nails cleaneat lots of vege's and fruitexercise daily if possible
A sleeping mask is a good idea, also I actually recommend 9-10hrs of sleep XD Moisture gloves are a good idea. Basically on your feet you slather it in a good thick moisturizer and put socks over it.
try baby oil and massage your feet,.. lavender scented is best,,, and maybe try any levender scented candle, bathsoaps and etc.. lavender great for releasing stress and calms your body,..
make sure you are changing your pillow case every few days or its not worth washing your face
take no tention
