   im a blonde too and i dont like using really dark shades of eyeliner, try to find a lighter shade and see how u like it

   Yes, so you simply wear a suitable foundation and powder. It's always been like that and it always will in all likelihood stay that way, too

   I'm blonde with blue/green eyes(they change almost daily) and pale aswell. When i wear makeup(not to often) i wear either light pink or purple (i don't wear pink anymore) eyeshadow with a brown eyeliner that i only wear on the bottom lid. I suggest just play around with your make up and see what looks cool.

   I have darker blonde hair, blue eyes, and I'm pale too, so I think some of my ideas might suit you:For casual wear I wear a brown mascara because it brings out blue eyes really well. I also wear a little black mascara, some light blush and a pale lip gloss, and a light, water-based foundation. It looks very natural and doesn't take a while to put on.For going out, I like to try different things. Most of the time, I wear a very shimmery eyeshadow on the inner corners of my eyes and on the lid. I also wear a black eyeliner on the top and bottom of my eye. (Sometimes, its fun to wear a bright blue too )Then I wear a darker pinkish red lipgloss. A lot of people think pale girls can't pull of dark lip gloss but it makes a cool bold look when going out somewhere like to a club or something.    Well I have lighter brown hair and green eyes with pale skin, but what I do is I use the lightest foundation and powder for my face. It matches my skin tone perfectly. I put the foundation on first and then do my eyeliner. Sometimes, to look really good, I put black eyeliner on top (It's not pencil or liquid, but it's the one that you twist and seems sort of crayon-ish) I use a small eyeshadow brush to put on a thin layer of silver eyeshdow from my eyelid lash line to brow bone. Put more on yoru eyelid that near your brow bone. Then I use silver pencil eyeliner to lightly line the bottom of my eye and dust a little bit of the eyeshadow along the corner of the bottom of my eye. And then I put on the orange covergirl mascara on both my top and bottom lashes. And then I put the powder on using a brush. And then put blush on the apples of my cheeks. I also use the lightest blush possible too. I really hope this helped you. I'm sure it will look really good with blue eyes.
