Beauty: I hope anyone will explain me……………?
1. remove any old nail polish
2. soak feet and warm bubbly water (could use any shower gels, bath gels, bubble bath)
3. wipe feet dry, trim nails, push back cuticles
4. apply an exfoliate to both of your feet and massage in focusing on the rough skin. (if you don't have any exfoliate try fine white sugar and a light moisturizer. combine 2 parts of sugar to 1 part moisturizer)
5. wash off exfoliate, dry feet and apply a deep moisturizer to your feet and legs is optional.
I have confusion in point 2 that can instead of shower gel , bath gel can i use shampoo in water???
I have confusion in point 3 that what does cuticle means and what does push back cuticle means???
I have confusion in point 4 that what is exfoliate ????

Point two,You can absolutely use shampoo, but I'd recommend conditioner. It'll be a little softer on the skin =)Point three,Here's a video on how to push back your cuticles:http://www.ehow0o0com/video_4409428_push-b…Point four, To exfoliate is to take off any dead skin cells/the outer layer of skin so that you have nice new skin without flakiness or dryness. An exfoliator essentially does this for you. The easiest exfoliator that you can make at home is just with sugar and oil. Use equal parts and massage it on your skin. When you rinse it off, your skin will feel nice and smooth =)Make sure you follow step five! Moisturize! Use a really good lotion =)
Point Two – Yes you could use shampoo it will not do harm.Point Three – Cuticle is the skin that tends to grow over the nail.Point Four – Exfoliate is using something abit "rough" to remove dead skin cells off the skin.
2. No. Stuff like bubble bath. Something you would mix in the water before you soaked in a nice warm bath. Bath crystals, gel beads, bubble bath soap. Would you pour all of your shampoo in the bath with nice warm water and then soak in it? Liquid body soap would work. But they mean things like this: http://www.sfbsc0o0com/Or you can make your own: http://www.pioneerthinking0o0com/baths.html3. At the base of your nail, there is a thin white piece of skin. You use a tool that pushes it back under the thick skin that meets with the nail. The tool is: http://www.latedabeautybar0o0com/images/product/bt-Pushy.JPGThis is how you do it: http://www.walletmanicure0o0com/html/cuticle_tool.html4. Exfoliate is to scrub, with a pumice stone and foot cream, away the dry, old skin and expose the fresh clean skin underneath. http://2.bp.blogspot0o0com/_5oa7cGJUz5w/SOz0RSZSaLI/AAAAAAAAApQ/k-56qdknqq8/s320/pedegg.jpg
