Are guys attracted to this kind of girl? (guys only please!)?

Ok, so I'm just curious as to know if this attracts guys.

I'm about 5'2 or 5'3. I have slightly longer than collarbone dark hair thats normally straight. I have blue eyes and pretty good skin. I wear top and bottom eyeliner, but not really dark and thick, along with a little bit of blush and foundation. My clothes are pretty cute, and I put together my outfits with time and care.

Yes or no??? Oh, and I'll flirt with someone if they flirt back. But sometimes I'm kind of mean
