Any good beauty tips for a 7th grade girl?
I have semi-thick brown hair (that is oily), brown eyes, and fair (though not pale) skin.
I am 5"5.
I also have mild acne.
Any beauty advice for me?

Best Answer – Chosen by Voters Wash your hair everyday but not with crazy strong shampoo, that will only make it more oily. Try neutrogena micro-clear products or st. ives acne scrub for your face. You really just have to try lots of different kids of products to see what works best for you.Learn what type of hairstyle works best for you and keep it that way. I would go with it close to natural. If you like your eyes, then use a light brown or a pastel color as eyeliner and then some mascara. You could go with just mascara even. Start with clear if you have never used mascara before untilyou get used to it, clear will make you eyelashes slightly darker than natural and still give it the same curl. I would probably just cover some of the really bad acne spots with foundation but not cover your whole face. If you cover your whole face it will only make your acne worse. Try either a clear gloss of just chapstick to keep your lips smooth. To get some color get a light pink blush. Picking out makeup can be confusing with all of the options, so ask your mom for help with colors (espically blush color). Source(s): me and my experience…
You're becoming a teen – your hair and skin produce more oil at this age, don't worry about it – just don't cover up your skin with makeup or you'll make it worse, ditto for picking and squeezing! If you're desperate to wear makeup – your skin is young, wait till you're older before bothering with foundations and powders – give it a chance to breath, I'm 33, have fantastic skin and have never worn foundation or powder in my life – shiny nose, use a blotting sheet (you can get them at the chemist, tres cute little books, and usually formulated with a skinclearing ingrediant). Brown eyes look fab with a little bronze, blue, gold or green shadow – use it at the corners as close to your eyelashes as you can get, then smudge it with a q-tip or your finger to get that hint of colour (get barry m pots – sparkly, vibrant, last for ages, cheap) washing across, bringing out your eyes.A little bit of colour in your cheeks and lips you can get with (bit more expensive but worth it) Benefit petal lip and cheek stain – natural pretty pink, just pat with your fingertip on your lips and blend on the apples of your cheeks (the chubby bits when you smile that would go pink when you blush).Don't match your shadow to your clothes – super passe. If you can get 'Witch' skincare range in your drugstore/chemist/supermarket, go for it, it's gentle to your skin and has everything in the range you'll need for preventing, controlling, handling and clearing up breakouts. Also, anything with witchhazel, tea tree, lavender or honey – all good things for your skin and can all be used just by themselves as well. For oily hair, use the appropriate shampoo and conditioner for your type – always rinse out totally! Also, get a dry shampoo for days inbetween washing when it's just a bit greasy at roots. If you can bear it, don't be chopping and dying at your hair until you're a little bit older – I swear I wish I had never laid a finger on mine till I knew exactly what I wanted and oh my gosh but it would be so lovely now instead of the many hair nightmares I've went through since your age when I first started messing around with it! Try a lavender or bay rheum rinse when you wash – even use horse chestnut or chalomile rinses for a little natural enhancement of your colour without harming it chemically. And remember, you're lovely – only ever change things because you want to, never because you think you should do for other people.
If you have oily hair then start to use a shampoo and conditioner for oily hair, if that doesn't work use baby powder ( trust me its amazing) after you have done your hair to where its oily. Like put it on you're hands and rub it into where its oily. use mascara and eyeliner I suggest the eyeliner on the top with mascara, don't use too much makeup or you'll look like a clown or a hooker. If you don't know how to apply makeup look up videos on youtube0o0com If you have acne go to a dermotologist to get rid of it or use facial washes, and use cover ups to well cover the zits up lol. Go to a local makeup store and ask them to find your makeup color.Good Luck! Source(s): Me
well if you havent started using makeup you may want to use a little bit. if you chose to wear make up do not over do it. a lot of guys do not like excessive make up. it will also clog your pores. also if you have brown eyes wear clothes that much your eyes and hair wear some darker colors like browns or blacks. if you have oily hair go for a more natural shampoo. if you do these things youll be more beautiful than you sound hon.
i think if you use a really good shampoo and wash your hair every day it might help on the oily part, and for make up with your brown eyes a brown eye shadow or pink would look good but not alot of it just alittle where you can see u have some on and a little pink blush i think would look good and a clear gloss and your looking good
to make it not greasy, dont put as much conditioner near your roots, just on ends of hair. and after it is dry, put baby powder through all of your hair. (:

I'm in seventh grade and have dark hair and eyes with light skin too (:for my skin I use the Clinique 3-step skincare system.you can take the test online to see what type you are.as for makeup I don't use a foundation but concealer sometimes, and highlighter and blush every day.I love doing eyeshadow looks, but milder (: with great lash mascara and mild eyeliner.I usually curl or straighten my hair, its very flattering (: i usually pull my bangs to the side and clip or pull them up or slicked back into a ponytail (: but i really like a messy bun/ponytail pinned up with a small claw clip.
