Hair: Why don't you take a trip to the hair dressers, get a nice stylish haircut and maybe even get your hair dyed. However if you are lacking money then maybe try a home dye kit which are inexpensive and if done properly they are brilliant!,Body: Ok.. depends what you mean? If you mean lose weight or tone up then maybe you could take up an exercise such as Yoga (which has so many different benefits) Or swimming. Skin: Use toner, cleanser and moisturiser day and night you will see brilliant results within a week of doing this. Try the brand 'simple' http://www.simple.co.uk/ Also eat more fruit and veg, a drink loads of water this keeps skin clear and free of acne/spots.Makeup: Try natural makeup. A light foundation (if you have imperfections), and a bit of blusher + a little mascara. If you are going on a night out make the eye makeup darker to make your eyes stand out more. For my hair I use John Freida Frizz ease when I straighten it so it doesn't fry the ends.I use Revlon One step [tender peach] as foundation because it doesn't orange and fake****TIPS**** Darker lipstick makes your teeth look whiter. Never wear white shoes with black pants. Body lotion with a tiny amount of shimmer, gives illusion of youthful glow. The more bristles on the eyelash brush the smoother the application will be–plus this will make your eye lashes look fuller. ALWAYS make sure your toenails are freshly polished [guys do notice this when you wear open toed shes] If I think of more, I'll come back and edit….:)
