Answer my question? Swollen clit?

have had a swollen clit(vagina) for about 5 months. It is about the size of three peas. In the back of it, it is hard and on the front it is squishy and blister like. it always itches and its painful sometimes. on the skin i get little flakes of dead skin on it. i put lotion on it and it really hurts. I have to put like toilet paper between my lips(vagina) and my clit(vagina) to make the itchy and painful thing barable. Its not an STD cause im not sexually active. Its very tender and smooth. So anyways, can someone tell me what this is, and how to care for it. thankss!
