I'm talking about the threats on Johnny Weir because he chose to add a tuft of fox fur to his outfit. Subsequently, he has received much criticism, and even threats of hurting him.
These animal rights activists are ridiculous and hypocritical. They care so much for a fox who is already dead, and will not come back to life no matter how much they fuss and fight about it. And yet, they would go and threaten the life of a fellow human being just because of his little tuft of fur? So many people wear fur; whether or not Johnny Weir wears it will not change the state of things. Not to be cruel, but the fox would have been skinned alive anyway, regardless of who purchased the fur.
And I love Johnny Weir. He is an amazing, talented artist and athlete, and his outfit really is lovely.
