   are you sure it was a beauty mark and not just a scab?i have tones and never had that problem because mineare actually just colored marks in my skin, not on topso unless you scratched really hard and removed tones of layersof skin, i dont see how that could be possible. i wouldntlook into it that far as skin cancer, maybe your body is just riding itselfof excess skin cells, that is the bodys first line of defense, skin, and in an attempt to rid the body of something you maybe flaking off deadskin, which is essentially the dust in your home.id say dont stress, its just odd.
