   Blackheads and whiteheads you should squeeze. Just do it the one initial time to pop or get them out. You don't want to scratch them or keep sqeezing repeatedly cause thats what causes scarring. Afterwards, wash your face with a mild soap and warm water. There is also soap that is specially made for skin care. Walmart could have some. To spot check your skin for dirt and oil, use pads like Stridex, especially for times when you don't have time to wash your face, say if you're late or in any kind of rush. I use to break out really bad and I got put on tetricycline. I took it for a little while, then after I cleared up, I stuck with routine washing and pads. After so long, the washing was enough. Essentially though, everyone's skin is can be different. Hormones are a factor too. It may take a minute to find the right combinations of just regular washing and off the shelf aids until things level out.

   anything with high salicilic acid bor benzol peroxide hah. like .3%or higher.it may be more expensive than regular sotre stuff but they have it at like walmart and target.also my mom got me this get that is 6%salicilic acid and it works great too!

   Go to a dermotolagist, get an allergy test, and stop drinking milk. Milk and oranges aggrivate my acne. acne is often linked to a developed food allergy during puberty.for scars a cheap derma roller and vitamin e oil will work. And increase your sinc intake it will stop scars from forming.. get cetaphil non por clogging soap it is antibacterial, get a non porr clogging moisterizer and put a table spoon of tea tree oil int he bottle of oisterizer and shake it up. this will kill bacteria on your skin. and use baby poweder in places where your close might cause body acne on after you put ont he moisterizer. Also get an all natural sulfate free shampoo and conditioner i recomend burt's bees and organix brand. Organiz again as tea tre eoil in it which will help kill your acne.

   i would recommend not eating greasy foods, stop touching your face, and use some soap that doesn't leave a residue… as soon as i stopped doing all that my acne went away.However each person's face is different and you may find a cocktail that works for you some other way… Source(s): life…

   it sounds weird but i use toothpaste.. it really works it just shrinks down the zit. but you have to put it on like as soon as you see it/ feel it coming. leave it on like overnight. but dont cover your face with it or anything, its only for little spots~ Source(s): personal expirience of acne…

   Take omega-3 fish oils and you will see a HUGGGE difference in your face, promise! and don't buy prescripiton stuff, there just ripping you off and not even helping.. BUT SERIOUSLY! try "olympian labs" omega-3 fishoil 2000mg, you take two of them a day. it helped me REALLY ALOT. cause i tried these pills my doctor gave me and they didn't work so anyways best of luck to you! let me know if it works out for you!
