   it's always hard to tell if it will suit you without picturesbut think, you're moving to a new state, they have nothing to compare it towhat's the worst that could happenyou could always dye it back if you liked

   Hey, I like white blonde hair, but you have to look a certain way to pull it off. Lady GaGa does it soo well. I think if you did a style like hers (http://images.mirror.co.uk/upl/m4/jan2009/2/6/E03E128D-D544-4A84-26FFD29A62124136.jpg) obv without the bow! lol But yeah I think you have to have the right make up to go with it (heavy mascara, eyeliner, fairly tanned etc.) If you watch Lady GaGa's video to 'Eh Eh" i really like her hair when she is in the kitchen

   I think 'white blonde' will look really good with your greenish hazel eyes! It'd be easier to give you a more detailed opinion if you could post some photos but I think you should go for it. Hair colour can always be changed if you don't like it anymore, and if you love it, it'd be one of the great ways to start afresh when you move to your new state!
