30 wks at risk for preterm labor and i leak fluid when i get out of shower?

I am 30 weeks pregnant bled for 2 1/2 days last week dr. said it was nothing at my apointment this week she got worried i am already dialated 1.5cm and my cervix is shortened i am at high risk for preterm labor and i am on bed rest but for about two weeks when i take a shower as soon as i get out i am leaking this clearish white fluid i know its not pee because my bladder can be completely empty and it still happens. also my bed rest hasnt gone so well ive HAD to clean some and i have a 1 1/2 year old i have to take care of by myself when my husband is at work. i have been cleaning all day because again it had to be done there was no excuses for not doing it including bed rest. but now my feet hand and arms legs and face are all swollen so badly they feel like my skin is about to bust open. is any of this normal and what could the fluid i leak when i take a shower be. btw my doctor checked the amniotic fluid and said its normal..
